  • 16 oz coleslaw mix
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger or ground ginger
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Cook the ground beef until it turns brown, approximately 7-10 minutes, ensuring there is no pink color remaining.
  • Season the beef with salt and pepper according to your taste. Transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and set it aside.
  • In the same pan over medium heat, add the oil and sauté the minced garlic, ginger, onions, and coleslaw mix for around 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, hot sauce, and vinegar, and stir everything together until well combined.
  • Add the previously cooked beef back into the pan and mix it thoroughly with the other ingredients.
  • Serve the dish, garnished with sesame seeds, a fried egg, and an extra drizzle of hot sauce.
