KETO LOW CARB
1. Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and pour the heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
2&3. Reduce the heat and add the butter and powdered sweetener.
4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, constantly stirring.
5. Turn off the heat when the mixture reduces by half and looks thicker.
6&7. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Transfer to a jar container and store in the refrigerator.
