1. Add the onion and Garlic to a food processor and process for 3 minutes or until finely chopped. 

2. Next, add all the ingredients into a stand mixer.

3. Mix for 10 minutes until a paste is formed.

4. Using an ice cream scoop, form the meatballs.

5. Then shape them using your hands into an oval shape.

6. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the gyros meatballs for 40 minutes.

Slice them and enjoy!!
