Add the eggs, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer and mix for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs look frothy.

Combine the dry ingredients. Mix the wet and the dry ingredients.

Then transfer the batter to a loaf pan. Bake for about 45-50 minutes in the preheated oven.

Make the Frosting: Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, then beat them for 2 minute.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, evenly spread the frosting.

Prinkle some cinnamon or keto candied pecans.
