1&2. Mix the butter and sweetener for about 2 minutes. – Add the eggs, pumpkin puree, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract, and mix well to combine.

3. Now add all the dry ingredients.

4. Mix until there are no lumps.

5. Add half of the batter to the prepared pan, then spread the cream cheese frosting evenly.

6. Cover the rest of the pumpkin batter. Smooth the top using a spatula.

7. Bake for 55 – 60 minutes. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before slicing it.
