  • 4 medium Zucchini with Skin, Raw, Spiralized
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups full-fat heavy cream
  • 6 oz grated cheddar cheese/ parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Melt the butter in a medium non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

  • Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
