- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
- 12 oz romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- 3/4 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tbsp sugar-free salsa
- 3 tbsp sour cream
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add one tbsp olive oil.
Add the ground beef and brown for 8-10 minutes. Season with one tablespoon homemade taco seasoning.
Once the meat is evenly browned, remove from the heat, and drain all the excess fat.
In a big bowl add the chopped romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and the shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with the sour cream and salsa.
Add the cooked beef and toss all the ingredients to coat. Enjoy!
