  • 1 large avocado ripe, pitted and peeled
  • 3 eggs boiled and chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 green onion sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/4  tsp  salt
  • 1/8  tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika powder


  • Boil & peel the eggs. Chop them into small pieces.
