- 1 large avocado ripe, pitted and peeled
- 3 eggs boiled and chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 small cucumber peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 green onion sliced into thin rounds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika powder
Boil & peel the eggs. Chop them into small pieces.
