Ingredients

  • 1 medium Egg
  • 10 g cheese 1 tbsp (I used gouda. You can use mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan )
  • 10 g psyllium husk
  • 10 g homemade tomato sauce
  • 20 g water 1 tbsp
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 slices salami
  • 2 slices ┬áBacon
  • 2 oz Olives

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes until the batter slightly thickens.
  • Take a non-stick pan, put some coconut or olive oil and put it on the stove at low heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread the "dough "to give it a pizza crust shape ( like a pancake ).
  • Let it cook on one side for several minutes, until golden and nice, then flip it to the other side.
  • Once you flipped it, add your favorite toppings.
  • Cover the pan until the cheese is deliciously melted and bubbly.
