- 1 medium Egg
- 10 g cheese 1 tbsp (I used gouda. You can use mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan )
- 10 g psyllium husk
- 10 g homemade tomato sauce
- 20 g water 1 tbsp
- pinch of salt
- 2 slices salami
- 2 slices Bacon
- 2 oz Olives
Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes until the batter slightly thickens.
Take a non-stick pan, put some coconut or olive oil and put it on the stove at low heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread the "dough "to give it a pizza crust shape ( like a pancake ).
Let it cook on one side for several minutes, until golden and nice, then flip it to the other side.
Once you flipped it, add your favorite toppings.
Cover the pan until the cheese is deliciously melted and bubbly.
