Zero Carb Chicken Pizza Crust - Keto & Low-Carb

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded, low moisture
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F / 200C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
  • In a medium bowl mix well the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, seasonings, and salt using your a spatula or your hands.
  • Spread the chicken mixture as thick as possible (about 1/2 inch thick) onto the parchment paper in the desired pizza shape.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until it the edges look brown.
  •  Pat dry the moisture using some paper towels.
  • Add your favorite toppings and bring the keto pizza bake to the oven for about 10 more minutes.

  • Enjoy half of the pizza. You can freeze the rest of the pizza and reheat when needed.
