Ingredients

ground chicken

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F/ 200°C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
In a medium bowl mix well the ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, seasonings, and salt using your a spatula or your hands.
Spread the chicken mixture as thin as possible (about 1/2 inch thick) onto the parchment paper in the desired pizza shape.
Bake for 20 minutes or until it the edges look golden brown.
Pat dry the moisture (excess fat) using some paper towels.
Add your favorite toppings and bring the keto pizza back to the oven for about 10 more minutes.
