Keto Avocado Toast Recipe
This summer I’m going to enjoy these keto avocado toasts. It’s an incredibly simple recipe perfect for a delicious breakfast or a snack and can be customized in many different ways for a tasty experience.
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 Large Ripe Avocado
- 4 Slices Keto Bread
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Red Pepper Flakes
Toast the keto bread.
Cut avocado in half, remove the pit. Use a big spoon to spoon out the flesh. Put the avocado in a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy. Mix in a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Generously spread the avocado on top of your keto toast slice.
Top with red pepper flakes, bagel seasoning, freshly ground pepper, and sea salt. You can add a few tomato slices, a fried egg for some extra protein or cooked bacon. Drizzle some olive oil!
