Keto Avocado Toast Recipe

This summer I’m going to enjoy these keto avocado toasts. It’s an incredibly simple recipe perfect for a delicious breakfast or a snack and can be customized in many different ways for a tasty experience.

Ingredients

  • Large Ripe Avocado
  • Slices Keto Bread
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Toast the keto bread.
  • Cut avocado in half, remove the pit. Use a big spoon to spoon out the flesh. Put the avocado in a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy. Mix in a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Generously spread the avocado on top of your keto toast slice.
  • Top with red pepper flakes, bagel seasoning, freshly ground pepper, and sea salt. You can add a few tomato slices, a fried egg for some extra protein or cooked bacon. Drizzle some olive oil!
