Ingredients

  • medium chicken breasts chopped
  • medium red bell pepper  chopped
  • 1 medium yellow pepper chopped
  • 1/2  medium onion chopped
  • medium zucchini  chopped
  • cups  broccoli florets
  • tablespoons  olive oil
  • 1/2  teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon  black pepper
  • teaspoon  Italian seasoning
  • 1/4  teaspoon  paprika optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475F/ 250C.
  • Chop all the veggies into small pieces.
  • Chop the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Place the chicken and chopped vegetable to your a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Toss to combine.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until the veggies and chicken are cooked. Enjoy!
