The Best Creamy Cucumber Salad
This German creamy cucumber salad is easy, refreshing, and crunchy. It's a summertime staple in our kitchen that's perfect for a potluck, BBQ and it's ready within minutes.

Servings: 6 servings
- 3 cups peeled cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Thinly slice the cucumbers, red onion and mince the dill. Place them into a large bowl.
For the dressing combine sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, the sweetener in a small bowl and toss to coat cucumbers evenly.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
