large turnips

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F/ 220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Peel the turnip, and cut into 1/4 inch strips. Place them in a medium bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, then add the seasonings and toss to combine.
Transfer seasoned turnips onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove from the oven and enjoy with your favorite sauces.
