Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Add the onion and Garlic to a food processor and process for 3 minutes or until finely chopped. They can also be grated or chopped very finely.
Next, add all the ingredients into a stand mixer and mix for 10 minutes until a paste is formed.
Using an ice cream scoop, form the meatballs, then shape them using your hands into an oval shape.
Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the gyros meatballs for 40 minutes.
Once they are ready, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the gyro meatballs cool.
Slice them and enjoy!!
