Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your food processor and pulse for about 5 minutes until the sticky dough forms.
If the dough looks too sticky, add one more tbsp of almond flour and mix again.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop the coconut balls from the coconut mixture.
Add one almond into the center of the ball and use your hands to roll them to form a ball.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes until serving.
