This Hibachi Chicken Recipe makes super juicy and succulent chicken that's loaded with flavor. Served with a side of sautéed veggies and fried rice, each bite is irresistible.
Place a large skillet or wok on high heat and add a tablespoon of sesame oil.
Add the chicken bites, minced garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fried Rice
In the same skillet, saute the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add the peas and carrots, and saute until soft for about 3 minutes.
Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble for a few minutes until fully cookied.
Now add the butter, rice, and soy sauce, stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Put the rice in bowls and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Vegetables
Heat the olive and sesame oil in the pan, add the onion, and cook until translucent.
Add the zucchini, mushrooms, and soy sauce, and saute until vegetables are tender for 6-8 minutes
Assemble the plate
On a large plate, add the hibachi chicken, rice, and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with a mustard sauce.
