Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F/ 150 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray.
Separate the eggs, the whites in a bowl and the yolks in other.
Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites and the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In a different bowl combine cream cheese, and egg yolks until you get a smooth texture.
Gently and slowly fold the egg whites into the cream cheese yolk mixture using a spatula.
Scoop the mixture into six circular shapes onto the parchment paper.
Sprinkle pink salt or any spices you love on the top of each cloud bread.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and fluffy.
