In a large mixing bowl, add tuna, onion, parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Mix well using a fork or a rubber spatula until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the tuna patties into 1 inch thick rounds, using about 1/4 of the mixture.
Place a large frying pan over medium heat. Gently transfer the tuna patties to the pan, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until nice and browned.
Mix all the ingredients for the lemon dill aioli sauce until smooth and creamy.
Serve with lemon dill aioli, lemon juice, or a side salad.
