golden sweetener
or brown sugar if not keto

molasses

Dijon mustard

mustard powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 180C.
Remove the rind
of the ham and score the fat in a criss-cross pattern. Try not to cut too deep into the flesh.
Make the ham glaze - Add sweetener, butter, molasses, mustard, and spices to a small pan over medium heat. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
Baste the ham all over with the glaze.
Bake for 90 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
