split, tips removed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F/ 200°C. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top.
If you're using whole chicken wings, cut the tips off and separate the drumettes and the wingettes.
Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with olive oil.
Add the seasonings and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
