ALFREDO SAUCE  INGREDIENTS

Add all the meatball ingredients to a large bowl.

Mix with your hands or a silicone spatula. Form into small balls the size of golf balls using an ice cream scoop.

Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 4 or 5 minutes per side. 

Melt butter in a large skillet over, and cook the garlic for 2 minutes,

Then add the rest of the ingredients and and whisk until well combined.

– Add the meatballs to the skillet, cover them in the sauce, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium-low heat.

– Garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy.
