Creamy Garlic Scallops

 With a paper towel, pat the scallops dry on both sides. Heat the butter&olive oil in a large nonstick skillet.

Cook the scallops for two minutes on both sides.

Melt the butter in the same pan and cook the garlic for about one minute until fragrant.

Add he heavy cream and seasonings and allow it to simmer for about two minutes.

Remove from the heat, stir in lemon juice and return the scallops back into the pan.

Add freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!!
