In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In a different bowl mix for 2-3 minutes the wet ones.

Mix the wet and the dry ingredients then add the molasses.

Divide the batter between the cupcakes liners, then bake them for 20 minutes.

Using an electric mixer, beat the cinnamon frosting ingredients in a large bowl until you have a light, fluffy frosting.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely, then fill a piping bag with frosting, and make some cute swirls.
