Combine all the ingredients for the crust using a spatula, then your hands.

Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a greased round pie pan. Poke some holes with a fork, and bake for 10 minute.

In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter, canned coconut cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Then chop the pecans.

Stir in the eggs and chopped pecans.

Pour the filling into the baked crust. Arrange pecan halves on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is nearly set (still a bit jiggly), and the crust is golden brown.
