Ingredients

Sirloin steak
1-inch thick

Instructions
Pat the steak dry using a clean paper towel, and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add one tbsp of oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes while making the fried eggs.
Add the remaining oil to a large skillet, and crack 2 eggs into the pan.
Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook for 4 minutes or until the whither are set.
Serve the eggs with sliced steak and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
