In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, zucchini, yellow squash, and bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Toss everything together ensuring the ingredients are well-coated with the seasoning. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
