Ingredients
1large head cauliflowerchopped into small-to-medium-sized florets
Start by chopping the large head of cauliflower into small-to-medium-sized florets.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and buffalo-style wing sauce. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter mixture until evenly coated.
Place the coated cauliflower florets in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower bites to a serving plate and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Pat Dry the Cauliflower: Make sure your cauliflower is dry before tossing it in the batter. Excess moisture can make the coating soggy.
Don’t Overcrowd: Arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Overcrowding will prevent proper air circulation and result in uneven cooking. Cook in batches if needed.
Flip Halfway: Turn the cauliflower halfway through cooking for even browning on all sides.
Serve Immediately: For the crispiest texture, serve the buffalo cauliflower fresh out of the air fryer.
