Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp honey or keto honey replacement
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray to prevent the salmon from sticking.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or keto honey substitute), Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Brush both sides of each salmon fillet generously with the marinade mixture.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is done when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145°F (63°C).
