Bring the aroma of a fresh bakery to your kitchen with this Keto Cinnamon Bread. Soft, rich, and full of cinnamon swirl goodness, it’s a sugar-free almond flour recipe that tastes indulgent but fits your macros.
Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the cinnamon mixture. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sweetener and cinnamon. Set aside.
Make the batter. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, melted butter (or coconut oil), sweetener, and heavy cream until fluffy.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix until you get a thick, smooth batter.
Assemble the loaf. Spread 1/3 of the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
Add another 1/3 of the batter, smoothing it gently over the cinnamon layer.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon mixture on top.
Finish with the last 1/3 of the batter, spreading evenly to cover.
Bake. Place in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Make the glaze. While the bread is cooling, whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sweetener until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more cream if needed.
Glaze and serve. Once the bread has cooled slightly, drizzle the cream cheese glaze on top. Slice and enjoy!
