Crispy Smashed Brussels Sprouts
Place a large pot of salted water over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain the water and transfer to a baking sheet lined with paper towels to cool for about 5 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5&6. Using a glass to gently press down on each sprout to flatten.
Roast the smashed brussels sprouts for 25-30 minute
