Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.

Season them with salt and black pepper.

Add the olive oil to a cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side down.

Cook them for 4 minutes on each side until the skin is golden and crispy.

– Then add the butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. 

Cook everything for 1 more minute until the garlic is tender.

Transfer the whole skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken thighs get an internal temperature of 165°F.

– Remove the skillet from the oven and cover the chicken thighs with garlic butter sauce.
