Mix all the dry ingredients until there are no lumps.

Add the wet ones and mix until well combined.

Add the chopped pecans and cranberries.

Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and shape it into a 1″x 10″ rectangle. 

– Remove it from the oven and cut the log into 16 slices and bake them for 20 more minutes.

Dip each biscotti in the melted chocolate and refrigerate to harden.
