PRE-PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C degrees.

Line 12 muffin cups with liner paper.

STEP 1

Mix 5 large eggs with a pinch of salt.

Add the dry ingredients: almond flour, golden flaxseed meal, baking powder, instant coffee,

And the cocoa powder, and continue mixing .

Incorporate the softened butter.

STEP 6

Stir in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

STEP 7

Evenly divide the batter between the muffin cups.

STEP 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
