Divide the batter between two 8-inch cake pans. Bake until the top are firm to touch.

 Whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, and brown erythritol in a saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in unsweetened shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.

Make the German Chocolate Cake Frosting

Add the toasted chopped pecans. Let the filling cool completely before assembling the cake.
