Keto Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

In a large bowl, add all the Salisbury Steak ingredients and mix using your hands until incorporated.

– Shape the mixture into 7-8 round patties.

Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side. In the same skillet, saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms.

Reduce the heat and add butter. Add the gravy ingredients and whisk to combine, and no lumps are visible.

– Add steaks back to the pan and cook for 5 more minutes until the gravy thickens and the beef patties are completely cooked through.
