Combine all the dry ingredients. Add the coconut oil to the flour. Then add 1 cup hot water.

Mix until you get a nonsticky dough. Cut the dough into small balls and roll them out using your hands, parchment paper, and a rolling pin.

Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat, melt some coconut oil and add the tortilla. Cook for about 60 seconds on each side or until they are golden brown.
