  • In a large bowl combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Add the coconut oil to the flour. Then add 1 cup hot water at a time until you get a nonsticky dough. Add as much water as needed. Watch the instruction video below to see the consistency.
  • Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes at room temperature to allow the coconut flour and psyllium husk powder to absorb the liquids.
  • Cut the dough into small balls and roll them out using your hands, parchment paper, and a rolling pin.

  • Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat, melt some coconut oil and add the tortilla. Cook for about 60 seconds on each side or until they are golden brown. 
  • Repeat until you have no dough left. Enjoy the tortillas (keto naan bread) hot or cold with your favorite toppings.
