Keto tortilla, low carb naan, flatbread with coconut flour and psyllium husk powder that has only 2g net carbs. Super easy to make and satisfies any bread cravings you may have.

In a large bowl combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Add the coconut oil to the flour. Then add 1 cup hot water at a time until you get a nonsticky dough. Add as much water as needed. Watch the instruction video below to see the consistency.
Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes at room temperature to allow the coconut flour and psyllium husk powder to absorb the liquids.
Cut the dough into small balls and roll them out using your hands, parchment paper, and a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat, melt some coconut oil and add the tortilla. Cook for about 60 seconds on each side or until they are golden brown.
Repeat until you have no dough left. Enjoy the tortillas (keto naan bread) hot or cold with your favorite toppings.
