Ingredients
1750 ml bottle dry red wine
1orangepeeled and sliced into rounds
¼cupcranberries
6whole cloves
3cinnamon sticks
4star anise
2-4tablespoonssweetener
1/4cupbrandyoptional
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the wine, orange slices, cranberries, sweetener, and spices.
Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer gently over low heat for 10 minutes.
Strain the mulled wine to remove the orange slices and spices.
