This keto Nutella is super easy to make at home with just 5 ingredients. Enjoy a sugar free Nutella that is low in carbs, has no sugar added, and is loaded with rich chocolate and hazelnut flavor.
Heat your oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the hazelnuts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for about 10 minutes or until they smell fragrant and look lightly browned.
Place the warm hazelnuts in a clean kitchen towel and gently rub them together until most of the skins come off.
Add the hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed. This step takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend again until everything is smooth and well combined. If the texture seems too thick, add a little more melted coconut oil to loosen it.
Transfer your homemade sugar free Nutella to a clean jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
