This homemade keto cranberry sauce is sweet, tart, and bursting with fresh cranberry flavor. Made with just 4 ingredients, this easy low-carb cranberry sauce comes together on the stovetop and is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or serving with roasted turkey.
Combine the ingredients. In a medium saucepan, add the cranberries, powdered sweetener, water, and orange zest. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.
Simmer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the cranberries have burst and the sauce has started to thicken.
Adjust the consistency. Remove from the heat. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. If it becomes too thick, stir in a tablespoon of water at a time until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Serve. Enjoy warm, or let the sauce cool before transferring it to an airtight container and refrigerating.
