STEP 1

In a large bowl, add cream cheese, large eggs, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. 

STEP 2

Add the almond flour.

STEP 3

Use an electric mixer to combine all the ingredients together. 

STEP 4

Pour ¼ cup of the batter or about 3 tablespoons into the center of the pan.  

STEP 5

Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the edges look cooked. 

STEP 6

Cook for 30 more seconds and transfer to a plate.
