– 1 lb chicken breast – 2 tbsp olive oil – 4 cloves minced garlic – 2 cups broccoli floret – 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes  – 1 cup spinach – 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded – 4 oz cream cheese – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 1 tsp black pepper – 1/4 tsp salt or more to taste

Begin by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces of approximately equal size.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped chicken breasts 

Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring they are well coated.

Add the minced garlic and broccoli to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to meld together.

 Incorporate the chopped tomatoes, spinach, and cream cheese into the skillet.

Cook for approximately 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Then add the shredded cheese and stir well to combine all the ingredients.

 Remove from the heat, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and enjoy.
