– Cook the onion, minced garlic, and ginger for 3 minutes.

– Next, add the bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add the chicken breast over the vegetables then pour the chicken broth.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

 Remove the chicken breast from the pot and shred it using 2 forks.

Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets.

Simmer for 10 more minutes.

 Return the shredded chicken to the pot and simmer for 5 more minutes.

– Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice, and enjoy.
