Is Fried Rice  Keto Friendly?

Unfortunately, regular fried rice made with rice is not keto-friendly as it’s super high in carbs. Luckily, there’s shirataki rice available on the market. It’s the best substitute for rice and will definitely change your life.

STEP 1

– Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, cook the diced onion and frozen vegetables until tender for about 5-6 minutes.

STEP 2

– Crack egg into the pan and scramble, stirring occasionally.

STEP 3

Add the keto shirataki rice and soy sauce. 

STEP 4

Continue sauteing for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

STEP 5

– Taste and adjust the seasoning.
