Add the peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave until smooth, stirring occasionally to ensure even melting.

Add the low-carb sweetener, vanilla extract, and protein powder. 

Stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Once the fudge is set, place it on a cutting board and slice it into squares or bars.
