Make your zucchini noodles using a spiralizer, mandoline, or vegetable peeler.

 Heat one tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, then add the noodles and saute for 2-3 minutes until a little bit tender but still crunch.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chopped onion for 2 minutes until tender.

Add the ground beef.

Cook for about 10 minutes until no longer pink.

Add the seasonings and tomato paste and toss until well combined.

Now, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Cover with a lid. Stir ocasionally.

– Top the zucchini noodles with sauce and sprinkle with shredded parmesan.
