In a large the following seasonings: 2 tbsp of garlic powder, 2 tsp of chili powder, ½ tsp of ground cumin, ½ tsp of paprika, ½ tsp of oregano, ½ tsp of salt, and ¼ tsp of pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp then season them with the seasoning mixture.

Toss well to ensure the shrimp is evenly coated.  Cook the shrimp for approximately 3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Add the thinly sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir everything together to combine the flavors.

– Remove from the heat and enjoy.
