Season the salmon with spices, then with a knife, carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet.

Mix the spinach with the softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, until well combined.

Fill each salmon pocket with 2 tbsp of spinach mixture.

Spread it evenly with the back of the spoon. 

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh chopped herbs, an extra squeeze of lemon juice, or lemon zest before serving.
