Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, ground chicken, chopped pepperoni, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
